So I get on a plane to India tomorrow.

Yeah, just let that sink in. I’m still trying to process that.

I feel ready. I am ready. But if launch has taught me anything it is that I have no idea what is about to happen. The wonderful leadership at AIM has done a great job of equipping us with the tools we will need to be successful, but now I am ready to use them. I learn by doing so sitting around and taking notes has gotten a little old (even though I am so thankful for the notes I have and will refer back to them often). This whole training process starting with training camp up through today is like a soccer ball.

When I was accepted I was a flat soccer ball. I have a lot of potential to be used but I was not full of the necessary tools to be effective. Training camp pumped, pumped, and pumped some more until this soccer ball until I was about half way full of air. It was enough to get me started but not fully ready. There was some minimal training for me to complete between training camp and launch. So this was more like just replacing the air that may have leaked out in the mean time. Now that I am at launch I are pumped so full that if I try and absorb anymore I’ll pop.

So now it is time to get this ball rolling. It is time to have some fun, get kicked around, but most importantly, be effective in the purpose for which I was designed.

Thank you so much for all of you have gotten me to this point in funding and in prayer! I still need both!

Prayer:

•team and squad unity
