My name is Maggie and I am so excited that starting in January I will be a missionary for the World Race!
I grew up in Dallas, Texas and after graduating from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville I moved back home to work as a youth minister at a church in Southlake. I am blessed every day to be able to have relationships with and mentor the most spiritually curious, loving, goofy and amazing group of youth I have ever met. They have challenged me, laughed with me, cried with me and changed my relationship with Jesus and I will always cherish the time I had with them.
I am a lover of Texas sunsets, green apples, the feel of grass between my toes, long hikes, hot coffee and naps in hammocks. I love college football, Seattle in the summer, the smell of rain, scratching a horse behind the ears and being curled up on the couch during a thunderstorm. I love farmers markets, a good book, fresh strawberries and the smell of hay and horse saddles.
