I danced my butt off at Training Camp.

No joke.

And lemme just say, I am not the best dancer.

But when you are in a room full of people who are going crazy for the same reason as you, you kinda can’t help it. In fact, I still can’t help but dance.

Lemme just tell you a little bit about the ten days I spent in Georgia.

I walked into it very nervous and super unsure of what the heck I was doing. As I met my teammates, it was… well… awkward, to say the least. I was very self-conscious of what they might think of me and how I should act and what I should say.

That changed in a couple hours.

We all gathered in a room to worship and have our first session. As soon as the worship started, I was pretty sure I had entered into a totally different realm. All of these people were praising the one who created them with absolutely no restraints.

It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

As I finally let go of my fears and pride, I found that I was swept away by the feeling of His great love, mercy, and grace. I praised God like I never have before. I cried out to Him in all of my doubts, I sang my soul out for Him to hear, and I danced for Him

During the ten days of training camp, I experienced God’s great love in some of the most amazing ways. Whether it was a teammate rubbing my gross feet after I had mentioned that they were hurting, hearing the Holy Spirit speak to me through a teammate, or just singing His praises and hearing the truths wash over my tired soul, it was beautiful. I cannot tell you how many times I cried during those ten days, because of fear, or faith, but I would not take a single moment away from that experience.

I fell in love with each of my sweet teammates as I watched them serve and praise God with all that they had in them. It was so sweet. I wish I could properly explain the feeling that this kind of community brings. I am so excited to get to experience more of it in less than 45 days.

I cannot wait to continue to dance with my squad. And lemme tell you, F-Squad can break out some serious moves.

Psalm 150

Praise the Lord.a]”>

Praise God in his sanctuary;
    praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power;
    praise him for his surpassing greatness!
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
    praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with timbrel and dancing,
    praise him with the strings and pipe,
praise him with the clash of cymbals,
    praise him with resounding cymbals!

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

Praise the Lord!
