This month our change of location from Chiang Mai to Bangkok came with some additional changes. Instead of having hosts for ministry. We spent the month in ministry we call ATL- Ask the Lord.

Ask the Lord ministry looks like that asking the Lord what it looks like to love on people that today or week. Sometimes in prayer teammates would sense a direction from the Lord such as prayer walks, temples, or tourist ministry. It can be reaching out to local ministries, churches, homeless shelters, and businesses to see if they need assistance or anything during our time in that city. It also looks like ministry being part of daily life – getting to know locals and the people we encountered on “ministry days”, adventure days, and sabbaths. ATL looks like sharing the love of Jesus as apart of the way we live our life with people rather than see it always as a scheduled time. Sometimes it looked like spending time as a team investing in one another, so we’d be unified when going out together.

It has been a month full of transitions, but it has also been a beautiful month of seeing the Lord speak to us personally and show how much He cares for each of His children.

Throughout this journey with Adventures in Missions, I’ve been able to create a video blog for each month and then post them on a YouTube channel. Feel free to check out pictures and videos from the last few months at the links below. The first three videos are from West Africa with some of my teammates on team C3. The fourth video from Thailand is a video of one of my adventure days with 2 other squad mates Morgan and DJ of our time at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Pattaya, Thailand. Enjoy!!
