TOMORROW!
As I board a plane to Eastern Europe tomorrow, I will officially step into my next season of life as a squad leader for the World Race. I am thrilled and honored to be able to serve X squad in this way, and moving forward, I want to invite you into more of what this looks like for my next five months.
What: Squad leading for the World Race
The World Race is an eleven month discipleship program/mission trip to eleven different countries. I completed this journey, and returned home in June 2017. Now, I am returning to the mission field with this organization, and I will be leading this trip for the first five months alongside two other co-leaders.
Who: I will be leading X Squad (41 mostly Americans) who are split into seven different teams.
I will spend the first five months of this eleven month journey traveling to the seven different teams. I will disciple, teach, and walk alongside each of the 41 members of X Squad while also doing ministry with them in each country.
Where: As a collective squad or group, we will travel to Eastern Europe and Asia to preach, teach, build, pray, and love on “the least of these”.
After five months on the field together, my two co-leaders and I will raise up leaders to take our place and we will return to our homes in America.
Why: God has called me to this leadership role, and I know He is going to do great things through me! I am excited to impart things to my squad that God has taught me, and I am excited to walk alongside them through this exciting new season!
How you can be involved: I would love for you to pray over my co-leaders and I as we serve this squad over the next five months. I would also ask that you pray over us as a whole squad. We know that God is going to use each of us to bring kingdom!
