Coming to you with dirty toes and messy hair! My team and I have just arrived home from ministry. 4 days a week we drive about 30 minutes to our carepoint, Ngunya. The sweet Swazi babies light up my heart and receive the love we have for them with arms literally wide open. 

 

The older kids speak pretty great English-which has been so amazing! Forming friendships with them is becoming easier and easier as they become more comfortable and begin to open up. 

The younger kiddos and babies crave the same love and attention as kiddos back in the states. We sit and listen to them speak their native tongue- SiSwati. And most times we just hold them and let them nap in our laps. Providing that safe space for them makes my heart crumble and beam all at the same time. 

 

Jesus has taught me so much about His character over the past few weeks. Mostly through these smiles:
