*Morgan, my squad mate challenged all of us by writing a blog post about someone else in our squad! I think it’s a great idea and an amazing way to encourage one another before training camp in a few weeks.
Dear Emalani,
I’m so excited that I get to write about you as my fellow squad mate! I don’t know a whole lot about you, but as I scrolled through your blog and social media, it’s very clear to see that you have a heart for the Lord!
I encourage you to stay confident in the Lord, He will provide! Trust Him in all you do, continue to praise His name and share His love with others. I’m so excited to see God work through you and watch you grow in Him! It’s definitely terrifying to make a decision to do the world race, but God is going to do so many amazing things through it! So don’t be afraid and don’t stress because GOD’S GOT THIS!
I found a few Bible verses that I think can really encourage you, too!
- Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
- Proverbs 16:3 “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
- Matthew 6:33-34 “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.”

Hey God,
Thank you so much for giving Emalani the amazing opportunity to be a part of the world race! I pray that you would give her confidence in You to share Your love with others. Keep fear and doubt away! Continue to grow her and guide her to decisions that glorify You!
