I am a mega nerd. My favorite movie series are Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Indian Jones, and King Kong. I have two spotted leopard geckos… ( yes mom two… surprise!!) Pisces & Jovack! I live in my red converse. I WILL be bringing them with me on the race ( the converse not the geckos )
,,,,My ideal life would be living out of a Volkswagen van, filled with sunflowers, geckos, Star Wars posters, and red converses. The cabinets would be fully stocked with salt & vinegar chips, pre made pb&js, dill pickles, avocados, raspberries, sushi, cheeseburgers and…… five guys french fries. I would travel everywhere in that Volkswagen van. ( color of van to be determined )
For the past year my mom and I have followed the world race gap year. At first we joked about me going, I never really took her serious, and I never really thought about actually going. For awhile I had forgotten about the world race. until sometime after, World Race ads would randomly pop up on my computer screen, or I would receive a promotional email, or someone in church would be talking about it, one time my mom met a woman whose son had just come home from the race. It was obvious this is what god wanted for me…. so here I am.
I have always had a distant relationship with god. Being unsure completely took over my life. I pushed him away. My intentions while on the race are to find him, and GROW THROUGH HIM. I have already seen a change in my life….
