Buenos Dias friends!!
I just wanted to give ya a little update on next month!
Destination: Panama
Do I know much more than that not really! Why?
Because next month my team and I are ATLing! (Ask The Lord)
We are traveling/backpacking all around Panama asking the Lord where he wants us to go and praying that he brings people into our lives and he wants us to minister too!
This month will be a month of surrender and trusting the Lord everyday for provision. Today we traveled to David, Panama and are staying here for a couple days and prayerfully asking where the Lord wants us. Then we are traveling to Panama City and picking up a dear friend and squad leader Morgan who will be joining us till Holy Spirit tells her to go else where. From there we have no idea what will happen!
Along with all of this we were challenged with a couple things. First in Panama City we were challenged to drop our big packs and only live out of our day packs for the month. The second thing we were challanges with was to ask the lord what he wanted us to surrender this month. Well… yesterday I was doing my Jesus time and I asked that question. Y’all when you ask hard questions just be prepared because the Lord really answers when you ask, okay! Well he told me to surrender my phone and all electronics. So with that I will not be carrying my phone, iPad, or kindle. I plan to leave them in Panama City and venture without them. (As I say this I am cringing….I’m speaking this into existents). I also was challenged to ask the Lord if I should take my guitar. After asking that, it was revealed to me that the Lord didn’t want any distractions for this next month. He wanted me to focus solely on him. Because I am not taking it I actually got to bless the men’s team on my squad with a guitar for this month so that was super awesome!
With all that said…. this will probably be my last post for at least a month. As I venture out please pray for me and my team. For clarity, provision, guidance, and peace. And honestly anything else that comes to your mind.
