2019.
This is launch year.
Crazy.
Life has been really busy since the new year started with working full-time and being a full-time student. I am so thankful that this is my last semester of undergrad and that all the hard work will have paid off! April 28, I’m waiting on ya.
I recently took on a new role at work and now work as a Marketing Analyst for Success Virtual Learning Centers. With this switch I no longer work from my cute little apartment but now out of the GR South Center. I absolutely love it. Anyone who knows me will know that I am a people person and I learned real quick that working from home five days a week is not good for me. I have the BEST coworkers (s/o to Paige) and love what I am doing in the Marketing & Communications team.
Last semester I also became a Young Life College leader! This has been so fun and I have such a great group of people that I get to spend my Wednesday nights with. This group of people is something that I always prayed for on my college campus and to have it all forming around me is incredible. I am so thankful for the strong faith-centered friendships I have created through Young Life coming to Davenport.
FUNDRAISING!
$19,200 is a lot of money, and sometimes it feels like too far out of reach but He has provided me close to $6,000 so far and it just keeps growing. Every time my funds grow I am more and more in awe of what is possible with the power of continuous prayer and trust in the Lord.
After talking with some previous World Racer’s I have decided to put on a spaghetti fundraising dinner! This event will take place on February 17th from 4-7pm at Brookside Golf Course in Gowen, MI. If you’re around please come stop by and enjoy some food, participate in the raffle and hangout with me! I’m selling advance tickets but they will also be available at the door the night of.
Once again, THANK YOU to all that have kept me in your thoughts and prayers and donated to my fund. I couldn’t do this without all of you and am so blessed to have such a strong support system.
