Hello again! I’m running on no sleep for the past 28 hours so bear with me here.

We are currently on the flight back to the U.S.

which is actually ridiculously hard to grasp. It seems so surreal that it’s truly over and I’m leaving the place I’ve called home for the past three months.

Our last week in Panama was, of course, bittersweet, and it was super hard to say goodbye again, but not as bad as the first time around. We left and said goodbye to all of the sweet people that hosted us, and they invited me back for a Discipleship Training Program they have next fall, which is something I’m going to be praying about a ton.

On Friday, we drove a 9 hour bus ride from Chiriqui to Panama City and spent the night in a hostel, and yesterday spent all day in the city.

Then, last night we spent the night in the airport. It was not a restful night to say the least, but now we are about halfway through our flight and we are almost touching down back in the country I call home.

We spend two nights and about two days in Georgia for debrief, which is basically a time for everyone to reflect on what just went down for these past months, and how to live back in the real world.

While I am ridiculously excited to see my friends and family, I also am super sad about leaving this amazing adventure that I was so blessed to be apart of.

I will miss these people that have become my family in just a short period of time, the feeling of ministry and serving, and obviously the warmth and gorgeous landscape at every turn.

So, here goes two days of debrief which is going to be exhausting in a new way but so amazing.

I feel God constantly just staying with me and telling me that He’s always in my corner. I plan to write a long blog post when I have a chance to breathe for a while about everything I can think of.

Until then!
