Hi! My name is Mack. Some pretty basic stuff, I’m 18 years old, I am a ridiculously optimistic person, I love scary movies, and pickles, I play volleyball with some of the best girls in the U.S., and, most importantly, I am a follower of Christ. I like to think my walk with Jesus is so special because it wasn’t born out of the most ideal circumstances, but formed inside of something deeper and more powerful. I have seen God in the good times, but if not for the bad, our relationship would not have been nearly as strong or had the foundation to withstand trying times of suffering. My most favorite verse in the Bible is not exactly conventional, but most applicable to my walk with Christ. In Romans 5:3-5, it says, “More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” Jesus has been my rock and my safe haven, and through World Race, my goal is to give this opportunity to others.
