This is exactly what life on the S-Squad looks like at 12:30am, seven and-a-half hours into a 16 hour wait for an 8am flight to Cambodia in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

This is how Dustin and Tracy, one of our married couples, sleep in an airport.  How…intimate.

Scotty just goes lone cowboy style.  Also known as "The Indiana Jones".

Our completely organized, and in no way chaotic, base of operations.

The card sharks doing their thing.  Emily keeps spirits up with her laughter, Jake's probably talking some pretty good trash, Ashley is concentrating on making the right call and Dawn is holding a poker face like you've never seen…nor can you see here.

Angela and Jessica have some good "girl time".  Trying to capture the action still didn't provide any revelation on what women talk about when they're alone.

Alex shows us that a good book always comes in handy…unless it's Pride and Prejudice…that book makes no sense.

Josh taught me that playing guitar is not only an awesome way to pass the time, but also an awesome way to earn enough cash for a cup of coffee.  (Also, for any S-Squaders reading this right now…free coffee refills at McDonald's.)

Speaking of McDonald's, Cody and Alana spent the hours having the time of their lives (apparently) cruising the free internet at Mickey D's.

And Michael had the time of his life ordering the Spicy McChicken sandwich.  It's the simple pleasures…

Sarah and Angie share a joyful moment when the cafe guy tells them their drinks are free because the credit card machine is down.  (Again, any S-Squaders reading this…apparently free drinks are being handed out at a cafe somewhere around here.)

And me?  Well, clearly the life of the one documenting it all is the most exciting.

And that is our life, as it is happening, right now.  Welcome to long-term airport visits on The World Race.  It's great stuff.  You should try it out if you haven't yet.
