Last month in Cambodia, my teammate Jackie Gu had this dream of creating an L Squad video. She excitedly shared the idea with the ladies on our team, and she got even more pumped about it upon the supportive response she received. She connected with our squad leaders and members of our squad who are passionate about using media to tell stories and reach people.
With a few planning sessions, many brave squadmates who volunteered to get vulnerable in front of a camera (aka the world), and most importantly the power of JESUS that truly breaks chains, that dream was realized for our squad. We DID IT! Our first (and not last!) L Squad collaborative video. Everyone on the squad was involved in the making of this video, and almost everyone is featured in it in some way. And another cool, not-so-coincidental thing- we filmed on GOOD FRIDAY!!! It was amazing to stand there, even in the scorching Cambodian sun and humidity, and to proclaim FREEDOM that is made possible because of the blood Christ shed for us on Good Friday.
So here it is, for the world. These are powerful men and women of God, my brothers and sisters, sharing their own stories of redemption. 🙂
