Community living at its finest.

All squad breakfast cooked by our fabulous leadership team!

French toast, ham & cheese toast, yogurt, banana, AND COFFEE.

Morning campfire worship.

Public transportation for the win… bus to ministry.

Our ministry site for the month.. a kindergarten school!

PLAY!

Burt and I are in the 2-3 year old class…

…with these cuties!

After the kids leave for the day, we do projects around the school.

This day, we removed the flooring in the main hallway.

Who needs power tools?!

Supervising… with coffee in hand, of course!

All you need is a little elbow grease or just an axe.

Teamwork makes the dream work!

Measure twice…

…cut once!

DONE! Now putting things back together.

Sav and I took a moment for puppy love.

And puppy kisses.

We found my favorite flower, too!

There she blows.

Make a wish!

Shout out to Sav for watching me blow apart like 7 dandelions and for being patient enough to capture it through all these pictures 😉

After we got home, we watched this storm roll in over the mountains.

The evening consisted of a Beauty for Ashes night aka girls only!

We laughed and got to know each other better by telling short stories and different things about ourselves.

We each drew one adjective and one feature out of a hat, put them together, and ta da a unique complement.

We did a feet washing World Race style [baby wipes]… here’s my teammates sharing a sweet moment.

My girls scrubbed off my old toe nail polish, that’s true love folks.

And to finish off my day, I did a little journaling and shortly fell asleep! Zzzz
