Hey friends, this is a poem Ashley, best friend and my heart,  wrote and I wanted to share it with you guys. Hope you enjoy. Ashley has an amazing love and appreciation for creation and a gift of writing.

We live in a world full of amazement and wonder

Our great God from above has given us things to ponder

How did it get here? At what point had it started?
Oh how we and God have truly parted

It is not the purpose to question
But to gaze and be amazed by our creators invention

How the 8 ton elephant swims around as though he’s a fish
Or the 20 ton fish that is fragile as a china dish

How a canyon can be so remarkable and grand
Or how amazing the body works down to the grasping of the hand

Rivers flow and waves crash
How does the chipmunk know for the winter his nuts need to be stashed?

Dolphins communicate by squeaking and clicking
And the bat hunts by sonar detecting

There’s fish very colorful and uniquely displayed
Yet the colors have no purpose maybe just so we will be amazed

Our God is good our God is great
We have 10 fingers not 2 not 8

He has a purpose for all randomness
We can’t figure it all out even if we give it our best

Children’s laughter, love, the sun and wind
They will always have a divine purpose in life until he says
The end.
