Dear Q Squad,
I never thought I could love a group of people so much until the Lord gave me you. My heart is breaking as I write this but bursting with love and pride at the same time. We have walked through joy, pain, hilarious moments and growth together. And I couldn’t have chosen a better group of 51 to have lived with these past 5 months. Thank you for making an everlasting mark on my life and heart.
As you walk through the next 6 months, take every moment to invest, choose in and love on the lives around you…whatever that may look like. Soak it all in. Don’t view each other as the enemy, but see the Enemy for who he truly is. Die to your self and help each other walk through life. Don’t take offense. Forgive in the moment. Daily ask the Father to help you love unconditionally.
Don’t worry about what life will hold for you at the end of the year or when you walk off the plane into the States. That will come, but what really matters is WHO you are at the end of the year. What you focus on now will form WHO you are when you walk off that plane. So don’t think about the then, focus on the now.
Pray the dangerous prayers until they are no longer dangerous but part of your life.
