Jesus has taught me that I don’t need a multitude of people standing with me to be strong. The ONLY person I truly need is Him.
By going on this gap year I’m disappointing a lot of people, the people who mean the most to me don’t think I have the work ethic to raise enough money or the mind set to be able to walk into a third world country and do the work of Jesus. What they don’t know is that I have the most powerful source by my side, and because of that anything is possible. There is STRENGTH in Jesus name and with and through Him I will take this step in my life and I will follow His calling.
The lack of support from the people I look up to and cherish breaks my heart, but thats okay because sometimes Jesus needs to break your heart to build the one thats meant for you.
