I’m sorry I haven’t been very good at updating my blog. Things have been so busy lately! But, it’s all good things – I’m busy at work, with church activities, with friends and with getting ready for the World Race. My main World Race preparation right now is trying to get some of the clothes and gear I need. There’s so much I need, and it’s hard knowing what to get that will be good quality and last, yet not be too expensive. I’ve had several people offer advice and even financial support for some of my more costly items, so God continues to provide!
I’m very close to being fully supported too! I have more than $13,000 in my account! Praise God for that! Thank you, thank you to everyone who has been so generous in supporting me financially and through prayer. Even though the preparation seems to be overwhelming right now, I know God will work everything out as He has already shown.
Speaking of preparation, I leave for training in Gainesville, Georgia, in less than three weeks! I’m so excited to meet my teammates and learn more about our journey. You can definitely be in prayer for us during that time, October 16-25. Pray that we will have unity as a team, and that God will prepare our hearts, minds and bodies for what we will experience next year.
And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
