It’s been a minute since i’ve posted a blog. So where have I been? What have I been doing?

We finished up our week with The Abraham Project scrubbing walls and cleaning up some more rocks. We got the opportunity to speak in front of a group of leaders from the project and talk about the growth we have seen in the last month and the exciting news that we get to return to The Abraham Projec until December (after we have bee away for two weeks).

The next week we spent at Jaco beach on the west coast. We spent this week as a time of rest away from the daily trips to Abraham Project. Spending time surfing and pouring over scripture to be refilled and to talk through how things are going ministry-wise and physically/emotionally/spiritually.

We left Jaco and came home to the base, and my team was at the house for a singular day before we got up and traveled cross country(via bus) to a camp named La Montaña. We got introduced to the campus and began helping them tidy things up for the campers that were coming that weekend. For several days we helped construct a path up the mountain and clean the sanctuary. When kids got there we had the opportunity to serve them food, clean their dishes, lifeguard them at the lake, walk them through a muddy obstacle course, rollarskate, rockwall climbing, and much more.

At weeks end we took buses home and arrived back to the house full of the women on my squad greeting us and decorating our room with encouraging notes, verses, and comical doodles.

Since then we have gone back to The Abraham Project and we have gotten to pull weeds from the gardens, trim hedges, clean the shed, and mow a path with machetes. We are grateful for the time of rest and rejuvenation we had away and are excited to see what the Lord has for us there next.

Please pray for continued unity, for people in our lives who need discipling, for health, and for energy.

I aim to have more blogs soon about all kinds of topics from the last few weeks and hopefully stay ahead enough that my updates will be more current.

God Bless!
