greeting all.

wow, this has definatly been the best flight so far,the Emarits  flight staff are  great,on the ground and in the air,
the scenery we flew over was breath taking, desert mountains, the red sea (it is actualy blue) and then when landing
over Cairo we saw the Nile river, the green stretch of crops and palms along its banks and two pyrimids in the desert.
Once of the plane we knew we where back in Africa…things happen according to African time here to.

It was a strange but good feeling to be back on Africa again, plus being way up on the North end to having come all
the way from the south.

we got a backpackers style hotel in Cairo that is realy nice, clean and the staff are very informative and friendly.
We (Clara, Anita, Dude & me) went to the market streets, and the next day to the old town area,we went off the
tourist track in to the narrow housing area, its like going back into time. you cant walk five meters with out being
invited for coffee, and its hard to tell the diference between a house and a coffee shop.

we ended the day with a movie, very cheap, only R15, the cinema is the bigest ive ever been in . It looks as if it was
from a sceane of Gotham city in a bat man movie.(we saw MI 3). Then we whent back to the Hotel where i managed
to cook up a meal for us all in record breaking time, and it tasted good to.

it is now  Sunday morning and im exited about wat lays ahead.

God bless you.
