Hello everyone!
A huge shout out to all my supporters, especially people who signed on or donated in April. You guys raised just shy of 2,000 dollars in April that will send me out into the world to take care of those in need! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am only about 700 away from my deadline of 5,000 by May 15th. You guys are amazing!!!!
It’s spring cleaning time! A couple of things are going on:
Garage sales going on May 6th and possibly May 13th (depending on weather on the 6th/ success). Come out to Fernandez Ave in Arlington Heights (right by the Lutheran Home), or Greenbrier Neighborhood to Lafayette St. where my bestie will help me host a 2nd garage sale.
It’s not too late to donate to the cause! We are still taking items for garage sales, or if you would like to bake and bring things by that we can sell feel free!
Saver’s Drive. On May 20th, I will be doing a Saver’s drive in Hoffman Estates. Anything that wasn’t sold in a garage sale will be bagged up and taken over to Saver’s. They will weigh it all and donate about 1,000 dollars for every 400LBS. You can still donate right up through the 20th!
T-shirts are done! I will have more information on how to order them coming up soon – stay posted!
