Hello to all my wonderful supporters, friends and family!
We are here in Gainesville Georgia at Training camp!
Already God has showered me with blessings, my squad is amazing and we have had some amazing worship. I am also feeling super blessed I decided to bring shower caps to cover my muddy shoes (it’s raining already), and super blessed to know that I will be returning my tent for something taller when I get home- thank God for the training camp test run!
They have asked us to shut off all tech. Because being present here in our training and focused on the Lord is SO important. I am fully in. So I am shutting it all off. But I WILL be journaling and sharing stories when I get home.
Here’s how you can pray for us and PLEASE be praying :
This sounds silly but I am not a camper or outdoors girl so I don’t do spiders and snakes well. Both have been sighted in the last hour. I am jumping at anything that touches my skin- please pray that God will toughen me up.
Pray for that 3 mile hike on Friday!
Pray for us as a squad as we build our community and learn to trust each other and surrender ourselves to the Lord
Pray for fundraising. I am still 3,500 from launch and 11,500 from fully funded. As I won’t be on the tech it will be hard to fundraise while here. Feel free to share this blog and the journey with anyone you know that is interested!
