I wish we had a bigger vocabulary.
One of my favorite moments is watching people try and figure out what to do/ask me. Some ask the standard, “So how was your trip?” question, and others just stare, shaking their head not really knowing where to begin- knowing it is impossible for a word or a few phrases to sum up the past 17 months.
Its like trying to describe who God is using a single word, when even the best most beautiful language could not even come close to how extravagant He is.
So, in pictures, here is the summery of my 16 months. They only scratch the surface of the tears, laughter and joy that was the last season of life. They are a memory and a reminder, a reminder of the lessons learned and the faces of every tribe, tongue and nation. They are a call to prayer- to war on behalf of the orphan and the widow. They are a source of joy that the Lord is the same today, yesterday and forever.

When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus. Turning around, Jesus say them following and asked, “What do you want?”
They said, “Rabbi” (which means Teacher), “Where are you staying?”
“Come,” he replied, “and you will see.”
-John 1:37-39
There are some things that words can't describe. I love how Jesus did not even try to respond with words; He responded with an invitation.
COME and see.
Life with Jesus is not life of observation. It is not a side-line, toe-dipping, I’ll-watch-from-back-here life. Life with Jesus is abundant. It is full. It is in the fray and fighting the battle. I don’t want to loose that.
So. Come and see. Taste and see that HE IS GOOD.
Where is He inviting you next?
