In less than a month I will be 26. What in the world!? It’s so true and so cliché but time truly does fly. I would never imagine that I would be celebrating a birthday on another continent let alone traveling, telling and sharing of the love that has ravished and totally wrecked my life. The past 5 and half months have been beyond life changing, and to think it’s almost half way over. The half way mark brings a new season on The Race, a season of growth, openness and brokenness.
I want to experience what Daddy God has for me in these next 6 months and believe I will! However, there’s this little thing standing in the way. I’m sure you guessed: The finial deadline. This isn’t just any deadline though, it’s THE LAST ONE! The final financial lap of the race! I’m almost there! Because of everyone’s heart for missions and Gods faithfulness over $14,000 has been raised! I can’t even comprehend it! How crazy is that!? So what is $2,200??? It’s nothing compared to what’s already been provided.
This deadline is also special because it is also during the time the team and I are fasting from Internet while in China. Yep no Internet for me all month!
So here’s my Birthday wish/ last and only fundraiser: That everyone who reads this blog would donate $26 in celebration of my up and coming 26th birthday. (Or perhaps donations in $26 dollar increments??)
