On the Race I have found that the Lord really speaks to me
through writing. Sometimes I share what I write and sometimes I don’t. My personal
focus this month has been a lot on women and young girls. As I was praying
today, the Lord downloaded some thoughts to me that I put into writing. Its
about a woman of God and who the Lord says she is. I thought I would share it with you.
Made in the image of the Most High, of the great creator;
chosen by the Great I AM,
held in his hands.
My chains have been broken,
crushed by the power of the King of Kings.
I am set free to live abundantly,
to live abundantly in Christ.
The world’s claims no longer have power over me.
The truth has set me free.
Beauty, grace, confidence is my heart’s plea.
Compassion, love, strength, and righteousness is my destiny.
I am yours and you are mine.
You say beauty is fleeting,
I know the joy of the Lord is everlasting.
I hear you say, “woman of God, you are my beloved bride.”
Walk in truth forevermore.
