A few years ago I was at this missions conference called World Mandate on the campus of Baylor University in Waco, TX. Its basically a weekend where people from all over the world come together to worship God and hear speakers talk about their passion for missions around the world and people just get fired up for Jesus. Its a pretty sweet deal. I went for a few years when I was going to ACU. The first year I went, I was staying at a friend’s apartment with several girls. This was when I was before I was really introduced to this whole prophecy thing. My church in Abilene did it a lot, but I had just started going there so it was really new to me. But one night while I was at this conference I had this dream.
I had a dream that I was in Uganda. I’m not sure how I knew that I was in Uganda, but I knew. Its like God revealed it to me somehow. And I was surrounded by all these children. They were everywhere and they were all in white. The white represented innocence. It represented the pure joy that comes with their childhood.
Fastforward to present day (two and a half years later), and my team and I are in Uganda, living in and orphanage/school/church. We are surrounded by the most beautiful children I have ever seen, filled with more joy than you can imagine. God works in amazing ways. He’s good and he is faithful. I love it.
