Up until now I have been viewing the Race as a really fun and challenging adventure in the not so distant future but guess what? The future is quickly approaching! I just realized that June is here which means so are a few of my deadlines. Yikes!
By June 15 I need to have purchased traveler’s insurance which will ensure that I receive any emergency treatment I need while on the race, even if that means flying my home. My coverage will only cost me $300 which is an incredible rate. Can the Lord provide $300 in 15 days? You bet He can! That is where you come in.
Just think about it. I only need 20 people to donate $15 for my insurance to be covered–that’s totally doable. Don’t think it is so easy that someone else will donate though. Just do it! It will cost you about the price of a dinner at Chili’s if you get a drink. (I know how you college students roll. You’re thinking I could eat a Chili’s for under $5. Been there and done that.)
Anyways….
What you can do is go visit paypal.com and click on the send money tab at the top of the home screen. Then just fill out my email address ([email protected]) as the recipient and donate. How simple is that?!
OR
You could purchase a coaster set from me for $20 (plus $5 for shipping) and that will go towards my purchase of insurance as well. You can find that on my WR Facebook page. You can pay for the coasters on paypal as well.
