Hey friends! This is going to a random assortment of information coming at you in one post so be aware.
1. Team changes. I tearfully and mournfully report that Fierce Pursuit has been stripped. Again. FP helped me grow into the Race culture of grace, honor, feedback, and pressing in. I am so so so unbelievably thankful for the three months I had with my team. I am trusting that God knows what he is doing even though my heart is incredibly sad. Please pray that my heart would heal and let go of Fierce Pursuit so that I can fully embrace my new team. (We have not decided on a new name at the time this was written. FP will be a hard name to follow.) As of this afternoon my team is now Alex Compton, Abby Twarek, Imelda Perez, Angela Ketchem, Isaac Berg, and Erin Shepard.
2. We officially know who our new squad leaders are! Kelsey Chansellor, Jamie Moats, and Jonathan James will be training under Alexandria and Ben for the next two months before fully stepping into the leaders of iSquad.
3. I am still behind on my support! When I checked this morning I was standing at $8,100 and I need to be at $11,000 or I could be sent home. I know there is more money coming in but it takes 9 days to appear in my account so on that note…
4. As of tomorrow iSquad will be officially entering into China (rather than Hong Kong) and I will have absolutely no access to internet. We are safe in China but we want to protect our contacts and their ministries so no facebook, no email, no blogging, no twitter, no phone calls, and no skyping. This also means I will have no idea where I stand on funding so if you can donate, do it!! I will have to 100% trust that God has got this because I can do nothing and know nothing about it. All I can tell you is that is worrying made money this entire squad would be fully funded because of me so I’m gonna have to stop that.
