wish I could show you the beauty of the culture – the
colors, the songs, the dances, the rich history.  I wish I could show you the millions of faces who have never
heard the name of Jesus, the millions of faces that seek Him but know not what
they are seeking.  I wish I could
show you what it is like to be in a place where Christ is not known, to till
the soil with prayer and powerful steps to make it ready for seeds.

I wish I could show you how the favor of the Lord has been
on us.  I wish I could show you the
dozens of friends we made, how people flocked to us everywhere we went.  I wish I could show you the joy of the
long-term missionaries with every little thing God did in our midst.  I wish I could show you the inquisitive
faces as people first hear about Jesus, and how some soften and are brought to
joy as they realize who He is and how He loves them.  I wish I could show you the prayers they pray to Jesus when
they didn’t know His name the day before, and how they crowd around wide-eyed
to watch us pray so they can talk to God like we do.  I wish I could show you the worship that erupted in our
small car on our 24-hour train ride led by two Chinese sisters, how people
gathered round and even more believers among us were found.

God is good.
God loves China, He loves the Chinese people and He is calling them to
Himself.  The harvest is so ready
here.  God wants to use people,
He wants to use us to accomplish His purposes.  Keep praying for more workers, God is answering your prayers!
