Courtney is from Indiana, and lets just say her gift from God is her ability to communicate 😉 This girl will brighten your day with a simple smile, but fear not….she will illuminate your world when she speaks!! This is one of the first people I met at training camp, and also the first I snuggled with 😉 I swear her heart is too big for her chest….because her love is a constant overflowing waterfall.

Kayla is from Illinois, and is our bold & fearless leader. I am so excited, and blessed to have the priviledge to grow along side her this year! She leads with quiet, forceful grace, and I can only hope half of her characteristics rub off on me! I will follow Kayla anywhere she leads me over the next year. Her relationship with God astounds me, and reassures me that every step we take will be the right one. With her as my leader, I can fully give myself over to God's plan and be ready for anything coming our way. I love this girl soooo much, but she knows that already

Jake is my fellow Northerner! He is from up in Canada, and is also the baby of our team…technically. However, when it comes to knowledge of God and His word…Jake blows my mind. He, like Kayla and many others on our team, has an understated forcefullness about him. However, within five seconds he will switch from reciting a bible verse line for line, to making you laugh so hard your stomach aches.

Wade is from North Carolina, and to say that he is the epitomy of a southern gentleman is the understatement of the century. Wade never fails to take me by suprise. One minute he will be breaking out of his shell on stage reenacting the Napolean Dynamite dance, and the next he will be bringing us to tears with gentle words of affirmation.
**Jake & Wade are two of the most amazing men I have ever met in my life. They are both strong, warriors of God, and yet the most loving, caring men. I am so blessed to call them my brothers, and to be able to grow with them over the next year. I know we will face hard times, and our hearts will be broken, but I know I can rely on Jake and Wade to help us see love through the pain.

Jaime is from SOUTH CAROLINA (my bad girl!), my sweet southern bell with LOTS of attitude! 😉 Jaime has a loving nature about her that is tough to find in the north. She is extremely gentle and understanding, but will slap you back to reality in a way that you won't even realize what happened. She is an absolutely amazing woman with wisdom I am dying to receive! She mentioned something to me that I believe dipicts her perfectly. Jaime is a hairdresser…I know I am excited too, but that's not it. She said "I have been making people beautiful from the outside in for years, and now God has given me the chance to make peopel beautiful from the inside out". I couldn't agree with her more! Love you girl!! 
The name "Beautiful Feet" comes from Isaiah 52:7
"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!"
Jake suggested this name during an intense session of prayer, and we instantly knew it
was right. However, one needs to remember we aren't talking perfectly pampered, manicured feet. We are talking the feet of those that go out and spread the word of God to the sick, dying, homeless, starving, and orphaned people of this world. Our feet, bodies, hearts, and minds are going to be blistered, broken, scarred, sweaty, dirty, smelly, and absolutely beautiful
