Liz’s World Race

What is the world race?

First off, no, it is not a reality TV show.

The world race “is a journey to 11 countries in 11 months to serve “the least of these” while amongst real and raw community. It facilitates discipleship through the process of discovering into the abundant life He promised. It births partnerships with ministries around the world. It requires Luke 10-like faith. “

Launching in September 2014, I will be traveling around the world with a team of 7-10 people to 11 different countries. We will be partnering with local communities, churches and ministries to help feed, clothe, pray, heal, and serve. We are stepping out, giving ourselves away, surrendering.

How can I help?

In order to go on the race, I am giving up my home and my job. I will be living out of a tent with no income. The only way that I will be able to do this is with help from people like you. People who want to come alongside me on this journey of faith, who will be my partners, my warriors, my friends and companions.

The total amount that I will need in order to go on this adventure is $16,255. I will be updating everyone on my fundraising as I go and will be posting a blog soon about ways to help. If you feel led to donate already you can click to support me!
