I did it. I finally made it "facebook official"- I am going on this crazy thing called the World Race. Unfortunately I can not just sign up and go. I have to raise support first. Maybe it is actually a good thing to have to do, I have heard time and time again that raising support- of all things- is a major sprirtual developement driver. I guess it makes sense, because even though I can send out support letters, and make T-shirts, and who knows what else, it is such a huge amount (to me anyway) that there is no way that it is all coming in under my own power. I have to trust that what I need will be provided. And learn some of the dementions of the line between waht I can do and what I need to trust God for. I have heard stories, wonderful stories about other racers and their fund rasing experiences. This is new and wierd and unlike anything I have ever done before, but here it goes: If you would like to financially support me you can do so by three different means:
1) Just follow the "support me" tab in the sidebar to the left.
2) To avoid the 3% processing fee of an online donation, mail cheks to
