And so the journey begins…We are finally at the airport after a few days of training! All the nerves and all the excitment are leaving us all on cloud 9. I’ve realized a few things as I’m about to leave.
1. I PACKED WAAYYYYY TOO MUCH!!! Like seriously how is this pack so heavy?!!! Tempted to downsize to 2 outfits for the year… but then I’m trying to look cute from time to time and not like a hippie backpacker. So, ya girl is conflicted. Cause you nevaaaaa know when an African Prince might sweep you off your feet. Okurrrtttt….. (if I don’t return it’s because I’m now Queen of a tribe) hey a girl can dream.
2. I’m really excited about meeting and loving on new people from all over the world! Like I’ve only met like 1% of the worlds population probably, and now I get to meet more people and tell them about Jesus!! How cool! Disclaimer: you cAn tell ppl about Jesus without having to leave the country. Cause errryybofy need Him!
3. My goal is to stop being a chicken and tell everyone I meet about Jesus. You talk About who you are in love with. So, honestly you shouldn’t be able to shut me up cause I love that dude (That dude being Jesus) So, all you reading lets go out and do the dang thing and tell ppl about how good God is. Can I get an amen??!!
