Hello Friends and Family
I have great exciting news – I am going on the World Race Mission Trip. The World Race is an 11 month Christian mission trip to 11 countries around the world. One of the unique things about the World Race is it’s not only a mission’s trip but also an intensive discipleship program designed to launch the next generation into our specific Kingdom calling.Throughout the World Race, my team and I will serve and partner with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restoration hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nation.
After graduating from college, I was certain that I would have been working for a top fortune company in the business world. I felt pursuing more higher education would help get me there, yet it still wasn’t a perfect fit. I tried to gain every material things and status quo while climbing the corporate ladder, yet I felt that void was still present. I ask God “There has to be more to a 9am-5pm career, vacation time, and retirement?” God showed me that there is more to my passion and purpose on the inside of me. Therefore, in 2017 I am leaving my career for 11 months to walk further in my purpose and passion.
Going on the World Race is a huge leap of faith, trust, and confidence in God. I am very excited, yet I am stepping out to do things I have never done before. That can be uncomfortable! I realized being uncomfortable is an opportunity for me to grow and mature in my walk with God. I want to gain a new level of faith and love as I witness God use everyday people to impact the lives of the lost and the forgotten. I want to experience God’s unfailing love throughout these countries through healing, miracles, and chains of strongholds being broken. When I reflect on all that God has done in my life, I am willing to sacrifice and share my next 11 months with someone who never experience God’s agape love while being transform from the inside out. I am in expectation to see God on display in my life to touch the lives of the multitude.
