Hello friends, thank you so much for stopping to learn a little more about me!
To start off my name is Lindsey Duncan, I am 21 and I am from a small town in North Carolina called Nakina. I am very close to my family. I have a big extended family and it’s great! I love meeting new people and trying new things.
I recently graduated from Wingate University with a major in Elementary Education. I already had an Job oppertunity and a plan to stay in North Carolina after graduation. God had other plans for me. I was called to go on a mission trip in California. At first I was taken back and confused why God would want me to give up such a great Job. Instead of questioning him, I trusted him! So now I’m currently in California working as a missionary and I absolutely love it!
My decision to be a part of The World Race was another decision that I questioned. I didn’t know if I was ready for this Journey. After I had my interview and was accepted I still had doubts. I took a few days to pray and think. God lead me to California for a reason and he is leading me around the world for a reason. I trust in him that he will lead to where I am supposed to be. I am so excited about this adventure to serve God and his people!
