Sometimes God calls you places and you don’t know why.

This is the case for many World Racers.

We get called on the field, and we are often unsure of what God has planned for us. Sometimes, we are even unsure if God actually called us on the field.

But there is one person who has never, EVER questioned God about being on the field, and she has had many reasons to.

Meet Jordan!

She has been my teammate since the beginning of Nepal, and by the time we finish the Race, she will be the person that I have spent the most time with on the Race.

But before we were teammates, Jordan got into a car accident and was sent off the field due to severe medical issues.

But a pelvis broken in three places did not keep her down. God knew Jordan’s heart was on the field and with ou(R) Squad. Within one month of being off the field, God completely healed her and she returned, only missing month 4.

But now she is in jeopardy of being sent home before the end of our 11 months.

On Saturday, Jordan was informed that she needs to have $13,500 in her support account by Friday March 21st in order to continue on the field. If she does not, her ticket home will be bought and she will have to leave early.

Currently, Jordan is still in need of just under $2,000 and we have 5 days to raise that money.

She has such a servant’s heart and I honestly do not believe God took her off the field and brought her back in such a miraculous way, only for her to be sent home early once again. She has the spirit of a fighter and she has not given up. She is trusting in God and our team is trusting in God. I need you all to join with us in this fight.

HERE IS WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO:

  1. Pray. Pray again. Pray some more. JUST PRAY! Prayer is powerful and God hears our prayers. Every single one of them. Pray for financial provision, peace over Jordan and our team, and for His will to be done.
  2. Listen to God. If He is putting it on your heart to donate, then please donate. It doesn’t matter if it is $1 or $100. It brings Jordan one step closer to staying on the Race.
  3. Spread the word! If you have a prayer chain, small group, or missions committee, please tell them about Jo! You never know who may hear through a friend of a friend.

WHAT TO DO TO DONATE:

  1. If you want to donate online:
    1. Click this link.
    2. Fill out the requested information and your donation.
    3. Screen shot your donation confirmation and e-mail it to me. ([email protected]) This way, Adventures in Missions knows that Jordan has money coming in since it takes a few days to process.
  2. If you want to donate through a check in the mail:
    1. Click this link.
    2. Click the button towards the top of the page that reads, “Donate by Mail”.
    3. Read and follow the instructions
    4. Once you have addressed the envelope, please e-mail me the amount you are donating. If possible, please send me a picture of the check amount. (Feel free to blur out your account information in the photo.) Once again, this is because checks by mail take about 2 weeks to process and AIM needs to know that the money is coming in.

You never know how God is going to use her. We are about to leave for Africa and if Jo is not on that plane with us, there may be one person who would have come to know Christ through her. If she isn’t there, that person may not know Christ for a long time.

Thank you so much and God Bless!
