Hi friends!!

As most of you know, I just go back from Training Camp for the World Race. This is 10 days packed full of community living, bucket showers, surprising foods, and spontaneous dance offs. However, there is so much more and so many BIG things that happen in that week and a half. To hear all about my take on TC, check out my latest Training Camp blog!

This blog is an update on all things related to launch on October 1st that you need to know. First off……

WE’RE GOING TO CAMBODIA!!!!! Our route has changed!! In October, we will be flying straight to Cambodia for our first month of the race. After month one, we will then fly to Thailand for two months, and then be in Malawi and Guatemala for three months each. We are SO excited about this addition to our Race!

Second update, we got our teams at camp! We will be traveling to each country with what Adventures in Missions calls our squad, which is a group made up of about 50 people. From there we break off into teams of about 6 to 7, and each team will be doing ministry in a different part of the country that we are in. Meet Team Anthos! Anthos is Greek for blossom. Each team member is so different, and yet fits together like each pedal on a flower does to create something beautiful. Also, I have been selected to fill the role of team treasurer! I am so excited to serve and work with my team in this way.

Third update! To get to training camp, I had to meet a $5,000 deadline before camp. By the grace of God, He made it happen! Now, in order to get on a plane with my team and fly to Cambodia, I need to meet my $10,000 deadline by September 16th. Right now I am sitting at about $6,000. This date is coming up fast, and I need your help!! I know that God will provide, and you could be the one that he wants to use in order to provide. I first and most importantly need prayers coming up to launch and while my team is on the field! Please please please keep praying. Also, I would love it if you would prayerfully consider donating. Thank you so much for your partnership in being the hands and feet of Christ!

That’s all for now, thank you for partnering with me in this journey and for all the support. I love you guys!
