It's been a busy and exhausting week, and if you read my last blog you know this month has been a struggle. But your prayers have absolutely helped, and I'm happy to report that our week long Holiday VBS club was a major success!

We hosted about 30 kids per day from 8am-2pm. The theme for the club was "Mission: Unstoppable" where the kids learned all about the story of Moses. Each day we had songs, games, crafts, dramas, and lunch, and the children had so much fun. We concluded today by showing them the Prince of Egypt, and a lady from the community brought cupcakes for them to decorate which was a real treat for them.

Our main ministry so far has been this holiday club, but I've also been trying to pour into the youth leaders in this community. There's a group of about 13 teenagers who are crazy awesome. Their faith is solid and they are so quick to help out. Student ministry is something I've really missed since leaving the States, and I've loved being able to connect with them and empower them. We were even able to introduce the youth to s'mores today as a way to thank them for their help with the holiday club. They loved it!

We are all excited for an off day tomorrow and whatever types of ministry are ahead of us for the next two weeks. See you in three weeks, America!
