Thursday was a regular day, until I began to reflect on it and the incredible blessings God showed me all day long☺
1. I got to sleep in a bit and go in at 9 a.m.
2. I got to work to find a nice note and a shoebox containing $18.50 toward my Time for Change Party.
3. He took away my upset stomach from the Typhoid vaccine.
4. I checked my giving status, becasue it was Thursday, and a friend from high school whom I haven’t talked to since, became a monthly donor (Thank you Renee, what a blessing you are).
5. I got to catch up with a Westmont Student at the art gallery opening for a few minutes. We got to chat about her time in Uganda and bless each other with kind words and memories of the land we both love so much!
6. I got to be with Juliana for a few hours.
a. We went to return a dress and not only did I get a full refund, but I also got it back on my card instead of a gift card.
b. We had delicious Thai Food.
c. God blessed us with the opportunity to dream big, and see just how big He is!
7. I worked out at my favorite place and listened to my new fav artist Josh Bales, whose words bring me closer to God every time I listen.
8. I got to spend more sweet time with Him at the Starbucks on the Mesa.
a. I also got to witness a Police chase while journaling (both police on foot running after a guy on foot, and a huge truck getting chased by patrol cars… what???? On the Mesa??? What???? Not sure if this is a blessing, but interesting nonetheless; a reminder of the blessing the Civil Servants in the US are.
9. Then I watched Nacho Libre, and it was funny☺
