Hi! I’m Lindsey and I am SO PUMPED to be jumping into this crazy adventure in the next several months! I’m so honored that God has chosen me to be a part of what he is doing around the world and he trusts me to go! WOAH! AH! CAN’T WAIT! This is a dream come true!
I am 23 and just graduated in May from the Bulldog Nation– The University of Georgia! And for a new adventure and challenge in life I moved out to Denver, Colorado in August to jump into an independent life on my own in the Wild Wild West! I have been out here since August and am LOVING it! The mountains are beautiful, the snow is awesome, the people are amazing and adventures are non-stop! In between now and July, come visit!
I live my life with hope that Jesus will come soon and completely renew this world! That day is going to be amazing! Until then, I try to live every day to it’s fullest without missing out on any opportunities. I always remind myself of 1 Corinthians 2:9 “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.” God has more incredible plans for us then we could ever imagine. I pray that I wake up every day absolutely in love with God and that I completely surrender each day to him, because he has something greater for my life and the people that I will meet than I could ever conceive… now that is AWESOME! No pressure!
I love, love, love adventure and activity! My favorite situation to be in is, of course, a spontaneous DANCE PARTY with awesome friends, but also trying new things I have never done before. Challenging myself to try things and place myself out of my comfort zone is one of my favorites. Woo! It’s so great to accomplish new challenges! Colorado is a great place to be for that! Ah! And I love encouraging people and seeing people have confidence in themselves to do new things, persevere, or just go for whatever they are hesitating on! I love to meet people. I am the definition of an extravert; I get so exhausted being by myself, or in front of a computer for hours, but with people I am completely energized! You guys, I am so PUMPED to meet everyone on my team and the incredible people we will meet around the world. All of the perspectives on life, cultures, beliefs… everything. It’s going to be amazing, challenging, exciting, scary, all at the same time! Woo! I’m pumped and ready!
I am so excited to see what God is going to do through this entire process! He is so good! Through the quick preparation and 11 months of continuous travel, meeting people and serving people, God is continually going to do the impossible and I have faith that absolutely anything is possible in this world through him! Can you imagine! Anything!
