On this blog I will be sharing stories and inspiration about what God is doing in my life and the lives of those around me through the journey. It is my passion to share the love and hope of JESUS with others through the gifts and talents the Lord has given me – especially to those who are poor, lost, hurt, or broken.
A little about me:
I am a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and have fully dedicated the last 15 years of my life to this career. I have found that this occupation truly is a calling that is not without sacrifice but it has helped shape who I am today. I have had the opportunity to be a part of several short term mission trips and medical missions across the world in 19 different countries over the last 10 years. Each and every one of my travel experiences has fueled my passion and desire for missions and serving others. At this juncture of time in my life I feel more of a calling to do missions long term. So for now, I will be taking a break from my traditional practice of medicine in the United States. While over seas and on the field, I hope to utilize not only my skills in medicine but also the other gifts God has given me including my love for photography, video editing, media production, dance, guitar, and singing.
