Yes, I’m still sticking with it! I’m in Cambodia now and trying to dig deep into this new ministry.  Thank you so much for all the encouragement
and emails I have been receiving. It
means so much to me to know that people are praying for me and for my
ministry. I miss Vietnam and
baby Jaron so much but I’m just trusting that God has a better plan. Please continue to pray for him and for the
family looking to adopt him. It’s a long
process filled with many complications. The Vietnamese government is still trying to decide what “special needs”
really means and which children can be put in that category. Pray that this family and baby Jaron would
find favor with the government and with the orphanage.  I
really believe that this baby is the perfect fit for this family!

I also believe that I’m still right where I’m supposed to
be. This trip is one of the hardest things
I’ve ever done, but it’s worth it!  I’ll update you all soon on this new country and our new ministry!

Finally, I would encourage everyone to watch the movie The Killing Fields.  It’s about the genocide that took place in Cambodia about 30 years ago.  Watching it will help your heart break for this country like our hearts already are!
