I just got back from spending a little over three weeks serving in an arid, dry part of Haiti known as Gonaives. My team was sent to do hurricane relief (mostly construction on a church that was destroyed during last November’s hurricane), and to our delight, we were assigned to live at an orphanage of 250 children as well! I am finding it difficult to describe this place or experience in words, so I decided to put together a video for your viewing enjoyment. More thoughts to come….
