I just wanted to say thank you.

Some of you I have known since I was a kid. Some of you I have known since college. Many of you I have never even met before. Some of you are family members of those who I was on the World Race with. However, all of you were my supporters.

Prayerfully and financially you supported me. There may be a few of you who have been on the other side of the mission’s spectrum where you have relied solely on the support of others for your livelihood. You understand then how hard it is to express the gratitude of the church rallying around you.

Thank you.

Recently, I just returned from a visit to Gainesville, GA. This is where Adventures in Missions, the organization that I went on the World Race with, is based at. While there I spent time in community with many members from my squad and the squads that went before and after us. Continually, I am amazed at the passion and fire AIM has for 21-35 year olds searching for their place in this world. Their heart is truly to see the nations on their knees proclaiming Christ as their Lord and Savior. Honestly, I cannot think of a more beautiful thing to be in pursuit of. As a result of this journey these racers, and myself, shed our own layers and walls that we had built up, and surrendered ourselves wholly and completely to the mercy and grace of the Father. As our identity is found in Jesus, freedom is birthed and there are no restraints the enemy can put up against us. It truly is an awe-inspiring thing to be a part of.

While down in Georgia, I was offered a full-time apprenticeship position. After prayerfully listening for the Father’s voice I have accepted the position. Those of you who followed my journey on the race know what a giant leap of faith this is for me. You saw me struggle financially throughout the race to raise the support needed to continue my journey. That is where many of you stepped up to the plate and rallied to have me stay with my World Race family.
Again, thank you.
This next calling is no different. It is a completely support raised position. FAITH. I know that the Lord provides. I have experienced it firsthand. This letter is not about me asking for your financial support. This letter’s purpose is to ask you to partner with me in prayer. My goal for monthly support is $1500. Please be in prayer with me and claim with me that God will provide the funds needed for the work that he has called me to do. Again, I am not asking you for money- just prayers. I believe whole heartedly that there is more power in your prayers than in your money. If during your time in prayer you feel compelled to donate, great! You can always click this link. However, we are coming together to call upon the name of the Lord, and to know that He alone provides us with everything we need.

“I know, O Lord, that a man’s life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps.” Jeremiah 10:23.

I walk forward in faith and trust. Will you walk with me?
