For those of you who happened upon my blog, hi! My name is Lindee Anderson. This is where I am keeping everyone up to date on this journey called the World Race. The World Race (https://www.worldrace.org) is a mission trip organized by Adventures in Missions (https://www.adventures.org) that sends people to 11 countries in 11 months to meet needs and further the Kingdom of God.

Here is a little bit about me. I am 21 years old and a recent grad from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. I was born in Menomonie, Wisconsin to wonderful Christian parents and as the youngest of three siblings. I became a Christian at the age of 4 and can honestly say the Lord has been my constant ever since. I lived most of my developing years in Austin, MN before my family moved across the Pacific to Poland when I was 6. As a missionary kid, for just about 6 years, I developed a love for other cultures, travel, and the missionary life. Some years after my family returned to the States for good, I returned to Europe on a summer mission trip. On that trip, I was asked by a woman why I personally believed in this God I was talking about. That was the first time I had ever been asked to share my story, and that was when my faith became a personal relationship with God. God has continued to shape my life through many experiences, especially my time at Northwestern as well as a summer I spent in California working with troubled teens and girls that have been sexually exploited. It is amazing to see where God has brought me and where he is leading me.

I am beyond excited to see the Lord work through me and around me this year on the World Race. Join with me on this adventure -pray and subscribe. 🙂
