It’s eleven o’clock at night, and as you lay down you are humbled to remember yourself fifteen hours ago as the sun just began to break over the mountain range outside your window. You remember the prayers, thoughts, and plans a new morning brought. Then you remember the life you lived today; a day lived in light; a day lived in abundance. Today I stood witness to how incredibly good the father is to his children. He has created moments for us where divinity dances with earth- I’ve seen the smiles, the laughs, the games, the tickles, the tender care, and the all the tight squeezes of my favorite tan little hands. To live today is my biggest form of worship, an tomorrow I will start again with this broken, messy, relentless heart of mine. ?
