Here I go AGAIN!! :)

The last 5 months with Z squad (August Expedition 2017 10/40 Window) have been challenging and encouraging, filled with laughter and tears but most of all, it’s been a time of growing in faith and falling in love with our heavenly Father for both myself and my team. Throughout our time we have been able to share the love and truth of Christ will hundreds of Muslims and many more Muslim refugees from all over northern Africa to the Middle East. Many of these refugees are from Iran, Sudan, Afghanistan, Syria, Algeria, Yemen and many more surrounding countries.

We have sat and talked with them in broken english and very very limited Arabic hearing their stories, laughing, sharing food together but most of all just sharing each other’s presence. My heart has most definitely grown for these people that have not only lost family and possessions but also their hope and dignity. Praying daily for the people we encounter has become much harder and sweeter when realizing the difficulty of their lives but knowing in full faith that our God is bigger. I have absolutely loved being able to be a part of what so many people are doing around the world.

I have also fallen in love with living life with my team and being allowed the blessing of pouring my heart and the Father’s heart into them . Seeing young adults grow in confidence and in their walk with Christ has been a passion of mine for years- I get to invest all I have into these people as we travel around the world sharing our faith and the love of God for all people.
