Dear friends and family,
I’m writing to inform everyone on my recent decision to step a way from my routine life, and answer my call from the Lord. In the midst of receiving college acceptance letters this year, I felt the Lord telling me He has a different plan for my life next year. Although overwhelmed with confusion, I trusted in Him, and stumbled across a program called the WorldRace. The WorldRace is a nonprofit organization that sends people like me out into the world to share Jesus’ love.
I am extremely thankful and blessed to be accepted into such an amazing program. Next year I will be traveling to Thailand, Cambodia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Ethiopia over the course of nine months. Some of the problems we will be ministering to in these countries include human trafficking, extreme poverty, and overall brokenness in the communities. I ask that you partner with me in prayer in hopes that I can share the love of Jesus with those in need of uplifting hope. With the amazing opportunity to help those in need, also comes a hefty amount of financial responsibility. I must raise $14,951 for this ministry opportunity. Although that number might be intimidating, the average cost of living in these countries is roughly $3-5 daily. With that being said, any kind of small donation can take me farther than expected, and anything you offer is such a precious blessing. I will put information about donating at the bottom of the page!
This year the Lord has made it very apparent that I’m not on this earth to live for myself. I am here to serve an awesome God and love His people. I am third in this equation of life. I pray to be used by our God and not only touch the lives I’m directly serving, but also the lives back home. I want to invite you to be a part of my journey.
