19 things I’m thankful for!!!
In honor of being on this beautiful earth for 19 years on Saturday I’m gonna share 19 things I’ve come to appreciate over the years
1. My mom.
The most selfless and loving human to walk the earth. She shows me how to love like Jesus. She is optimistic and can make any trail look like nothing. I love this women.
2. All the rest of the family.
Being on the race on the race has showed me how much I took advantage of my wonderful family. They truly are everything, and being over my seas has showed my how rare and precious it is to have a family who is encouraging and loving. I miss these people!!
3. A God who is my best friend
I could go on all day. I am so thankful to have a king as my very best friend. He knows what makes me most alive, and makes all things I desire possible. I’m so thankful that He is continually making me new, and revealing His majesty to me everyday.
4. Community
Community has saved me this year. I am so thankful for 40 other people who are constantly calling me higher and teaching me new things.
5. A healthy body
After being sick for the past couple months I realized how much I took my healthy body for granted. I am thankful for every cell that works. May they all glorify His great name.
7. Travel
I am so thankful to get the opportunity to see the world. More than that I am astonished that I have the opportunity to live with people around the world and truly emerge into their culture. This is an opportunity of a lifetime and am forever grateful.
8. The world race
the people I’ve met. the love. the ministry. the ways I’ve grown. the leadership. the people around the world it’s impacting. And my personal opportunity
9. MY SUPPORTERS
Everyday I wake up and think of people who made this possible. Some days it’s really hard to believe how generous people are. Me being myself I just want to work when I get home and replace every dime that was given to me. But thankfully the Lord promises His reward will be 10 fold what I could ever bring. I’m just so thankful for these people He put in my life and I pray a multitude of blessings over them.
9. Gluten free foods
THE ARE A TREASURE OVERSEAS. I am SO thankful whenever I find them. THANK YOU JESUS.
10. BEDS
WOWOWOWOWOW. I am amazed. Never did I know how comfortable these things were. I’m never taking advantage of my bed again. They truly are a blessing.
11. HOT WATER
Thank you Jesus that cold showers are not forever and always
12. DRINKABLE WATER
okay thank you Lord that we can brush our teeth at home with the water, drink with it, and have clean water to shower in. It’s the little but big things.
13. Worship
Ugh. I love love love being able to worship the father. Such a beautiful time to connect with Him. Thankful for all the ways I’m able to do that
14. Music
Music alone is therapy. Thank you for all the lovely tunes Jesus
15. Freedom
In Christ. In our country. In jobs. In life.
16. The word of God
I’m thankful that I get to have access to the LIVING word, and have the education to understand it.
17. My friends
I mean they’re the greatest ever.
18. The sun
If you know me you know I love the sun and the grass and the trees and and the things in nature. I’m thankful that there light in my life spiritually and literally.
19. Living the life I love
I just can’t believe I get to do the thing that make my heart sing and dance everyday. I’m so thankful I’m in love with life!!
